Programme one Progress to Park Run.
This ten-week schedule is for individuals at the start of their running journey. It includes:
- An initial consultation in person or online with Jamie to design an individualised schedule.
- Fortnightly check ins with Jamie in person or online to see how you are finding the training.
- Access to a group WhatsApp to be supported by others at the same stage.
- The option to join weekly beginner group running sessions in Cramond Edinburgh.
- The option to be paced around the Edinburgh Park Run 5k at the end of the 10 weeks in a group to celebrate your achievements!
The first group programme of this schedule will start in mid-August. It will be at the discounted rate of £10 per week, so £100 for the ten week programme.

Programme two Coach to Run.
As a qualified Leader of Running coach with Scottish Athletics and with twenty-five years of experience running, Jamie can walk you through your running goals, provide structure, guidance and motivation.
Do you want to run your first 5k, and need a training programme? Are you keen to run a sub 2-hour half marathon? Are you struggling with injury or motivation?
Whatever the running goal, Jamie can provide you with an individual training plan and fortnightly progress meetings in person or online, to discuss all aspects of your training and running. He will also be available for regular contact via email if you have training questions.
This plan appreciates that every runner’s training and life-experience is unique, so is planned to fit around your life and schedule.
Jamie is passionate about making your running enjoyable and sustainable, while also helping you to achieve your goals.
Cost: £50.00 per month.
Programme three: Coach to Live
As a professional, accredited coach, with over 250 hours of training up to diploma level, Jamie has invested significantly in building his coaching skillset over the past five years. He supports individuals to achieve goals: both professional or wellbeing.
For many individuals Jamie has coached, it has been about achieving a professional goal: a promotion or having more impact at work. For others it has been navigating changes, or seeking to achieve more of a work-life balance.
This coaching programme involves one-to-one sessions, in person or online, in which your life is the focus. Jamie brings a wide-ranging skill-set to explore what you really want, and set practical actions to help you to get there. Individual professional coaching sessions are also available.
Cost: £40.00 per hourly session.
Programme four: Coach to Run and Live
You may have both running and professional goals you want to work with a coach on.
Jamie can offer this unique service, combining a running coach with an individual who can support you with other aspects of your life.
These more extended sessions will begin by examining your running progress and training plan, before going on to look at your progress to other goals throughout your life.
